The registration fee includes:
- Access to all conference sessions.
- All conference materials (program, stationery, and related materials).
- Lunch, tea breaks and social events (opening and closing reception).
Payment Mode
- Using Cards
APAN is using the Whova Platform for Conference Management which includes stripe as a payment gateway. Stripes accept various card brands, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CUP, JCB, etc.
- Bank Transfer
If you encounter any issues using your card, you may alternatively send the registration fees to the following bank account. Please send a copy of the Bank Transfer Slip to apan55@nren.net.np to confirm your payment.

Invitation Letter

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Registration must be canceled by sending an email to apan55@nren.net.np with your details.
- For registration cancellations made before January 15, 2023, a handling fee of USD 150 will be charged.
- There will be no refund for registration cancellations after January 15, 2023.
- It may take up to a month from the conference closing date to complete the refund process.
